Yes, all of them: Universal, Flow, and Low Flow are designed same.

Universal has 19 shades, each Flow and Low Flow has 13 shades their line-up.

Q4.What kind of tone does A5 shade have?

Its saturation is higher than A4 of VITA classical shade and A5 shade has lower intensity. It can be used effectively for restoration of cervical area or molars, which have dark color.

Yes, it does. It has fluorescence equivalent to the natural teeth.

Q6.What cases will iGOS BW shade be used in?

It is recommended to use it for expressing relatively whitish color such as for a milk (baby) tooth.

Q7.Which case will the original shade, A5 be used in? Is it same as cervical of other brands?

iGOS A5 has higher saturation and lower brightness than VITA classical shade, A4. It is useful for restoration of darker cavity such as cervical. Also, it is useful not only cervical but also darker tooth substance.
